The name "The Brief" reflects what the platform does now: it starts from the brief and takes you all the way to a running campaign.
The rebrand wasn't a pivot. It was an expansion. We rebranded in October 2025, and everything you liked about Creatopy is still there. We just built a lot more around it.
The editor. Same drag-and-drop ad editor you know. Layers, animation timeline, multi-format stage, smart resize. It's been enhanced with AI capabilities, but the core experience is familiar.
Your projects and data. Everything carried over. Same login credentials, same project files, same team setup. Nothing was lost in the transition.
HTML5 export. Still exports production-ready HTML5 for Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Xandr, and 40+ other networks. Network-specific formatting, click tag handling, fallback images, all of it.
Templates and assets. 5,000+ templates, 20+ million Shutterstock images, stock video, stock audio, icons, and illustrations. The library has grown since the Creatopy days.
Data feeds. CSV, Google Sheets, Shopify, Channable, live URL/API data feeds. Dynamic ad production still works exactly the way it did, just with more connectors and faster sync times.
Pricing structure. Individual, Team, and Enterprise tiers. If you had an active plan, it carried over automatically.
Canvas An AI-powered infinite whiteboard for ad strategy and creative ideation. Pull in competitor ads from The Brief's ad intelligence library, pin visual references, organize by campaign or audience, and collaborate with your team. When you have a direction, Canvas generates an AI creative brief and sends it to the editor or the Create Agent.
Create Agent A conversational AI inside Canvas that generates full campaign concepts from a prompt or brief. Describe what you need, and it produces image and copy variations scored for brand alignment and predicted performance. Refine through back-and-forth conversation, then push approved concepts directly to Ad Studio or your ad platforms.
Discover Competitive intelligence built into the platform. Research what ads your competitors are running, analyze creative trends in your industry, and use those insights to inform your own campaigns. This is the "start from the brief" part of the name.
AI video generation. Sora 2 and Veo 3.1 integrated directly into the editor. Generate video content from text prompts without leaving the platform.
AI image generation. 8 style presets including product photography. Generate images, remove backgrounds, enhance quality, and edit with prompts, all inside the editor.
Meta DPA pipeline. Connect your product catalog (Shopify, Channable, Google Sheets, live API) and The Brief creates full Meta campaigns automatically: campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads. Product updates sync in near-real time on Enterprise plans.
